The little guy,there is Teru Teru Bozu, Our little mascot I guess you could say.
From my understanding Kagerou Days is about the seasons.
Summer and Winter.
Bozu is trying to make it rain all year long [the exact opposite of what he's meant to do]
But he cant with Summer and Winter still around. [We're not sure which one of us is Summer or Winter.We'll let you guys decide I guess. >w>;]
